You gather a small but nimble group of fellow subversives to undermine GovCorp and discover your comparative advantage. You start with a set of directives representing an essential guide to counterpower.

But wait.

What if I told you that you are not a character and that GovCorp is real? Reading this publication, you probably realize that by now. But what if I told you it's time for you to heed the call to exercise counterpower?
