1. Shadow, Flourishing, and Confrontation
Sunday, June 8, 2025 (1:00 pm - 3:00 pm ET)
The ancient Greek concept of eudaimonia invites us to pursue flourishing beyond mere survival, guided by purpose and virtue. Yet beneath our aspirations lie unexplored elements of the Shadow—suppressed desires, fears, and untamed impulses that challenge and energize us. In the first hour, we examine a central paradox: how to integrate what we uncover in the darkness to flourish. In hour two, we explore Grey Dialectics as a tool of inner discovery.
2. Shadow, Seasons, and Exploration
Sunday, June 15, 2025 (1:00 pm - 3:00 pm ET)
Time governs our shadow lives, with shifting seasons offering natural rhythms for exploration. We align twelve distinct shadow rituals with the calendar year—in June, for example, we focus on ambition. By structuring our approach to exploring the forbidden and forgotten, we transcend our fragmented selves to embrace the whole. In hour two, we explore our shadow birth months together.
3. Shadow, Spaces, and Rituals
Sunday, June 22, 2025 (1:00 pm - 3:00 pm ET)
Throughout history, cultures created dedicated shadow spaces for ritual exploration—like the adyton, an ancient temple's inner sanctum where seekers encountered the divine. Our ancestors pursued entheos—the god within—through sacred sites and practices. We can use spheres and spaces to explore Shadow. Thus, in our final session, we’ll trace our lineage while developing today’s inner sanctums. In hour two, we’ll explore how spaces and rituals help us navigate dark waters to discover the entheos.

This exclusive gathering begins by establishing trust among members before convening a Shadow Council. Participants identify and personify shadow attributes, then allow these aspects to speak freely, offering insights unburdened by judgment.
This series transcends vague, hippie "shadow work" approaches, providing frameworks for learning and play. Though potentially unsettling, these explorations promise novelty if not transformation.

Finding Fires in the Sacred Shadow
By not being aware of having a shadow, you declare a part of your personality to be non-existent. Then it enters the kingdom of the non-existent, which swells up and takes on enormous proportions…If you get rid of qualities you don’t like by denying them, you become more and more unaware of what you are, you declare yourself more and more non-existent, and your devils will grow fatter and fatter. —Carl Jung
