For the Constitution contest, do you reckon it's meant to be generic, like for a hypothetical new autonomous zone, or to replace the Constitution/governance framework of any nation in the world?

The answer is unequivocally yes. The Constitution of Consent is meant to provide a basis for Open Source Law, which people can adopt anywhere in the world if they are able to carve out a niche—whether on terra firma or in the digital cloud.
