Trust animates peaceful and prosperous societies. And trust grows within a scaffolding of mutual accountability. Such scaffolding can include good rules and processes but must begin in the human heart.

That means you have to be worthy of trust. That means you must practice integrity—consciously and continuously—in thought, word, and deed.
