It all seems like the amount of reporting on it does not match with the actual level of devastation.
And I am hearing that some rescue attempts by 'civilians' are being blocked by FEMA. have you heard/seen any of that?

Well, I heard that a guy doing helicopter rescues was told by the police to stop it, but I don't know if that was at the behest of FEMA.
I have heard of people being stopped at checkpoints, just like Maui, but who knows…
