Thank you. In addition, I would add that https://www.openthebooks.com is already doing a great job at revealing incompetence and corruption, using the government's own information. Also FIRE has been fighting the good fight for free speech for years: https://www.thefire.org. There are more such examples. I think it is good to honor and support their efforts, sometimes going back decades.

My #11 is to support local, state, and federal government decriminalizing small business - the licensing and commercial laws put in place to protect the status quo and the crony capitalists. We need more choices in the private and nonprofit sectors to displace the big bureaucracies.

2 ways.

1.Shrink government to what is specifically required by the Constitution.

2. $1M reward for reporting on violations of the law by government officials resulting in a conviction.

2a. Seizure of all assets of the convicted.

These are mostly political means—which are unlikely—but I really like the reward because that need not be put in statute. A rich guy could fund bounties of sorts.

This is absolutely the kind of thinking we need.

We would add that we need to ext their systems and build our own, and they must be high trust and foster trust into swarms.

A place we could pool resources too. Or even own swarm owned businesses together.
