I've always enjoyed the Jefferson Memorial, with his ideas and words carved in stone. I'd love for your vision of a Temple of Wisdom to come to life, I'd visit for inspiration. And once the main principles are enshrined there, it seems like you could also have a "decentralized" monument as well, have the set of tenets etched and carved in multiple places all around the world in a variety of configurations. So they can never be lost or forgotten or completely erased...
